Every inbox, one queue
Shared and personal mailboxes, plus WhatsApp and webchat. Ettore sorts RFQs and orders from everything else.
For wholesale distributors
Ettore turns the RFQs and orders in your inbox into quotes and sales orders in your ERP. Your team approves them.
Companies we work with

RFQs, orders and questions arrive by email, WhatsApp, PDF and Excel, all in the same pile, all written the way the customer talks.
Catalog in the ERP, prices in a spreadsheet, the rest in someone’s head. Your team takes forever to respond to a simple request.
The same lookups, the same retyping, the same copy-paste into the ERP — work a machine can do in seconds.
Quoting is the core job; order entry and product questions run on the same engine, inside the inbox and the ERP you already use. Open one to see it work.
Invoicing, exceptions, SKU mapping: the same read, match and draft pattern.
Talk to us01 · RFQ → Quote
A customer emails a list of products. Ettore turns it into a priced quote in your ERP, with a reply ready to send.
02 · Order → Sales order
Purchase orders arrive as email text, PDFs or spreadsheets, often with codes from other brands. Ettore turns them into a sales order.
03 · Question → Answer
Your team asks about a product in plain words. Ettore answers from the real catalog and live ERP stock.

Aronlight is a lighting distributor with companies in Portugal and Spain. Each figure says whether it is measured or an estimate.
Across all its channels, by Aronlight’s own estimate. About 780 a month already reach Ettore, read and matched without anyone retyping them.
3,000: Aronlight’s estimate. 780: measured to September 24, 2026.The share of these requests we estimate Ettore could handle on its own, once it covers all of them.
Ettore’s estimate, not yet a measured result.Odoo, a 132-page price table and 20 technical-datasheet spreadsheets, now read as one, so every line is matched against all of it.
4,300+ products across two companies.Every agent runs on the same core: read the request, match it to your catalog, price it, then wait for your approval.

Email text, PDFs, spreadsheets and images, written the way your customers talk.
Every line is matched to a SKU in your ERP. Each match shows how sure Ettore is, so your team only checks what’s flagged.
Customer price lists, discounts and margins come straight from your ERP, with the arithmetic shown.
Live stock, what’s on its way and when, and alternatives you can ship today.
Pick a mode for each request type. Anything uncertain waits for a person, whatever the mode.
Product names, codes, prices and people in the visuals are sample data.
It reads and processes every request as it arrives, day or night, and can automate much of the routine work. Your team keeps the decisions.
On every request, it…
You only pay for the requests Ettore handles — not a flat license, not a seat count — and you can turn it off anytime.

Built for distribution
Ettore works only with B2B distributors, and reads requests the way your customers actually write them. Lighting is in production today; the other verticals share the same shape.
Wattage, color temperature, IP rating, beam angle. Thousands of near-identical SKUs.
Pipe sizes, pressure ratings and brand-to-brand equivalents.
Case packs, formats, vintages and per-customer price lists.
Your data
On DigitalOcean servers in Germany.
OpenAI and Anthropic, through their APIs, whose terms don’t allow training on your data. That processing may happen outside the EU.
Your admin sees everything Ettore reads and does. We see it only during an incident.
Your data isn’t shared with another client, used to serve one, or used to train a model.
FAQ
No. Your ERP stays the source of truth for the catalog, pricing and stock. Ettore sits next to it, reads from it, and writes back only what you approve.
Only what you approve. Ettore reads your catalog, prices and stock, and writes back a quote or order once a person has approved it — or, for request types you have put on Autopilot, only when the match is clean. Your ERP stays the source of truth.
No. Your emails, catalog, prices and quotes are never shared with another client, never used to serve one, and never used to train a model. To read your emails, Ettore sends them to OpenAI and Anthropic models through their APIs, whose terms don’t allow training on API data.
Odoo, SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics are connected. Mail intake works with Outlook and Gmail. If yours isn’t listed, ask us — that’s a conversation, not a no.
It says so. A line Ettore cannot match is labeled No match, and a line it is unsure about is labeled Check match. Anything unrecognized defaults to Check match, never to Ready — that is an architectural rule, not a setting.
Only for the request types you have explicitly put on Autopilot, and only when the match is clean. Anything uncertain or unmatched never goes on its own — it routes to a person. You choose which types qualify, and you can leave everything on review.
Access to the mailbox that receives requests, and a way to read your ERP catalog. No migration, and no change to how your customers write to you.
About a month, based on our first rollout: setup, a demo on your own requests, a training session with your team, a paid pilot, then scaling up.
You only pay for your volume: a monthly amount based on the number of requests handled, not per seat, so putting more of the team on it costs nothing extra. You can turn it off anytime.
Your customers don’t send tidy orders. They send emails, PDFs and spreadsheets, descriptions instead of codes, and their own codes instead of yours. Bring a real one: we connect a mailbox and your ERP and show you the draft Ettore writes from it.
