Runs the same matcher Ettore uses on quotes, so a line pasted from an email resolves the same way it would on a draft.

No SKU without a source
The assistant has no catalog of its own to recall from. It can only name a product a tool returned in that same answer.
The evidence travels with the answer
Every answer shows which searches and stock checks ran, so a rep can see where a code or a number came from before quoting it.
It says when it does not know
If stock cannot be read right now, it says so instead of guessing a figure. If nothing in the catalog fits, that is the answer.

It is for your own signed-in staff. It reads the catalog and stock; it does not change anything in your ERP.

Where does it get stock from?
From your ERP, live, at the moment of the question. Odoo is the ERP connected today.
Does it make changes in the ERP?
No. It only reads: catalog search, stock and matching. Quotes and orders are created through the normal reviewed workflow.
