This page covers the website at useettore.com. It does not cover the Ettore product itself — if you are a customer, the handling of your catalog, customers and mail is governed by your agreement with us, not by this page.
The short version
This site has no forms, no login and no account. It does not ask you for anything.
Nothing that tracks you runs until you accept it. Decline and no analytics cookie is ever set — not a reduced one, none.
We do not sell data, we run no advertising, and no ad-targeting signals are enabled even when you do accept.
What is collected, and only with your consent
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records that a visit happened: which pages were seen, roughly where the visit came from (country and city level, derived from an IP address Google discards rather than stores), the referring link, the device and browser, and clicks on outbound links such as the booking and WhatsApp buttons.
It does not know your name. We do not upload anything about you to it, we do not link it to any other record, and Google Signals and ad personalisation are both explicitly switched off — so this data cannot follow you into advertising.
If you decline, the Analytics tag is never loaded at all. There is no request to Google and no cookie.
What is collected regardless
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the ordinary technical information any web server needs to answer a request — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user agent — for delivery, caching and protection against attack. This is the minimum a website cannot function without.
Your consent choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it and the banner asks again.
Where the buttons take you
Booking a demo opens Calendbook, and messaging us opens WhatsApp. Both are other companies’ services and their own privacy terms apply from the moment you arrive there. We mention them because a link that leaves the site is the point at which this page stops covering you.
If you then email or message us, we hold what you wrote in order to reply to you, for as long as that conversation is useful.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to it being processed, or ask for a copy. Withdrawing consent is easier than any of those: clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
Write to [email protected] and a person will answer. If we handle it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
When this page changes materially, the date above changes with it. We do not keep a public history of edits, so if a specific version matters to you, save a copy.
This page states the site’s registered operator as Adaptto, with [email protected] as the contact route. The full registered company details are still to be added.
