About Ettore

Ettore is an AI back office for wholesale distributors. It reads the requests that arrive by email, matches each line to your ERP catalog and prices, and drafts the quote or the order for your team to approve. It is built and run by Adaptto.
Who builds it
Ettore is a product of Adaptto (adaptto.ai), founded by operators who have scaled and exited multiple companies globally (Rocket Internet, Gaia Design, Revelo).
We work with B2B distributors only, and we set Ettore up together with your team.
Where it runs today
Ettore is in production at Aronlight, a multi-brand lighting distributor that agreed to be named. The Aronlight case study on this site reports what their production data measures.
It is built for electrical, HVAC and plumbing, and food and beverage distribution too. No customer in those sectors is in production yet, and the pages for them say so.
How it is sold
Priced by volume: you pay for the requests Ettore handles, not for a license or a seat, and you can turn it off anytime. We do not publish a price list.
Going live takes about a month: mailboxes and ERP connected, a demo on your own requests, one training session with your team, a paid pilot in which your team approves real requests, then more mailboxes and request types.
