Implementation

How Ettore goes live, and how it is priced.

About a month from connecting the first mailbox to scaling up. You pay for Ettore by the requests it handles, not by seats. The implementation is done by Adaptto, the company behind Ettore.

How we get you live — about a month

Five steps, in this order. You start with one mailbox, and a person approves every draft by default.

  1. 01

    Setup

Mailboxes and ERP connected. Mail intake works with Outlook and Gmail; Odoo is connected, and for SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics we build the connector for your setup.

  2. 02

    Demo on your data

Drafts from your own requests. Before you decide anything, your team judges the drafts on its own data.

  3. 03

    Training

    One session with your team.

  4. 04

    Paid pilot

Real requests, your team approves. Write-back to the ERP is switched on when your team trusts the drafts, not before.

  5. 05

    Scale up

More mailboxes and request types, once the first one works.

What holds from the first day.

It starts with one mailbox

You do not connect the whole back office on day one. One inbox, real requests, and a decision about the second one afterwards.

Write-back is switched on when you trust it

Until your team trusts the drafts, Ettore writes nothing back to the ERP. It costs you review time and nothing else.

A person approves by default

By default, a person on your team approves every quote and order before it goes out. You can leave everything on review.

You can turn it off anytime

At any step of the onboarding, or after it. Whether Ettore stays is your decision.

How it is bought

Two things, priced separately: the product, and the work of putting it live. Neither figure is on this site.

The product: priced by requests handled

A monthly investment that tracks the number of requests Ettore handles, not the number of seats. A quiet month costs less than a busy one, and putting more of your team on it costs nothing extra.

The implementation: done by Adaptto

Adaptto, the company behind Ettore, runs the five steps above. Adaptto sells implementation as a service, and its price is on adaptto.ai/implementation.

We do not publish Ettore’s figures. Bring your request volume and we will put a number against it.
